TERMS

Below are our auction terms that apply to all auctions. Announcements made day of auction take precedence over any advertisements.

PERSONAL PROPERTY

Registration and Buyers number (with photo id) is required. All items are sold as is with no warranties unless stated prior to selling item. It is buyers responsibility to keep up with items bought once an item is sold. All items must be paid for before leaving premises of auction.

REAL ESTATE

The owner/seller reserves the right to reject the final bid. Real estate is sold as is where is with no warranties of any kind. A bidder/buyer with a successful bid will be required to sign a Purchase Contract and pay the seller 10% of the purchase price down. This 10% is not refundable with the provision of good clear title. The buyer will then have 30 days to close on the property and present the balance due to seller.
